Introduce your child to the joyful world of yoga with our engaging and playful kids yoga classes. Designed specifically for young minds and bodies, our sessions blend yoga poses, creative movement, mindfulness activities, and games to nurture physical fitness, emotional well-being, and concentration. Led by an experienced instructor who loves teaching children, our classes encourage self-expression, confidence-building, and relaxation techniques in a supportive and fun environment. Whether your child is new to yoga or already enjoys the practice, our classes cater to all levels and promote a lifelong love for health and mindfulness.
Sessions vary but are usually 3 weeks, 2 classes per week.
$99 for all 6 classes
Join us every Friday, beginning August 30th, for some fun in the park!
10am-noon(ish)
Games include Capture-the-Flag, Infinity Tag, Sharks and Minnows, and more! Suitable for kids 8 and up but younger ones welcome with parent support as needed.
